Over the last couple of weeks we have had several people keen to try out our luxury tents and clubhouse accommodation. The families that have stayed with us were able to enjoy the vineyard in full bloom as well as meet some of the new baby horses. We have had some cooler nights and were also able to offer them a campfire before the kids drifted off to sleep in the tent.
One of the coolest things that happened was a family from Holland that visited and brought a drone with them. They did a few test flights in the paddocks and gave us the footage. It really was a lot of fun. There is never a dull moment on the farm, and the people that visit always have something interesting to share.
We are making lots of progress on the new Back Forty Cottage and are aiming for early 2018 for completion. This is will be a great option for visiting groups,families or just a few friends that are attending our events. More pictures and information will be posted soon.
