Winter Clinic is the time to pull on your woolies, rug up your horses and enjoy a day or two of riding, social campfires and some hot food and drinks. We will have the campfire going outside the clubhouse as well as in the clubhouse. There is seating inside and complimentary hot coffee and tea the entire time. Paul and Sharon will provide morning baked goods, a rider hot lunch and BBQ dinner on Saturday and Sunday (no dinner on Sunday). Don’t forget to book additional meals for your non-riding friends or family. This clinic is for both junior and senior riders! No refunds 2 week prior to event but you can sell the ticket on facebook or we will refer stand-by riders if there are any.
Immerse yourself in an entire day or two of training with excellent coaches. Work with your young horse, get ready for your next competition or enjoy a social ride. Enjoy an amazing lunch in our clubhouse and great hospitality from Sharon and Paul.
This time we are offering a discount for 2 day riders and all clinic participants are entitled to additional rounds on the course after lessons from 3:15-4:15 Saturday and Sunday with both instructors. If you think you might want to have some rounds on the course at the end of the day after your lesson, sign up for classess 333 and 444 when you enter. (Only clinic participants can enter these free classes)
There is camping and yards for your horse. We also have two delux tents complete with bedding. You are near the amenities in the clubhouse, the campfire and your horse! You must book in additional lunches for your non-riding friends or spectators on nominate when you enter.
About the Instructors
Jess Rae is a professional rider, horse trainer and coach at the 3*** level of eventing and at the top levels of show jumping. Jess and Rascal were recently selected for the Oceania Championships in Taupo in May. We are so excited for her and wish her the best of luck.
Jess consistently produces successful results with the horses she rides. Jess also has a talent for troubleshooting and addressing horse and rider issues .She is a sought after EA NCAS Level 1 Coach and is based on the Central Coast.
Jessica Somerfield is a professional and experienced rider – having competed at international 3*** level in eventing and ridden/trained horses for elite dressage, eventing and Show jumping. Also producing many horses for breeders/owners through to FEI Level in various disciplines.
Current EA NCAS Level 1 Coach. Coaching riders from beginners to elite competitors. Ensuring a true understanding of the philosophies behind riding, getting optimal results from horses & riders and helping every rider improve and achieve their goals – no matter how big or small.
